SciVentures is happy to sign the standard Australian Venture Capital Association (AVCAL) non-disclosure agreement.

IP Management Tool Set / Software

SciVentures has available a proprietary software package (developed by The IP Factory Pty. Ltd., ABN 16 090 131 329) that permits a research group to develop and manage the set of invention memoranda that it wishes to develop into its IP position. This software allows workshop-based development of the Invention Memoranda (I.M.s) and then permits their project management based development into documents that are ready for submission to patent attorneys for patent application filing.

This software can be provided to identified personnel at an eligible institution. Its use is the subject of a specific single user license agreement.

Other Early Stage Tools

SciVentures is a licensee of the "Bottom-line Innovation®" methodology for opportunity identification. SciVentures has access to trained innovation advisors who can support an organization in the use of this methodology.

SciVentures also has available a number of tool-sets for early stage innovation assessment, technology and business strategy development, and for "invention-on-demand" approaches to close gaps in a new business’s technology space.

These methodologies can also be made available to eligible institutions/investee entities under specific license arrangements.
