A potential investee is encouraged to undertake the following simple self-assessment to determine whether the concept that is under consideration is ready for a full proposal to SciVentures.
Additionally, the potential investee is advised to personally discuss the outcomes of this initial self-assessment with a member of the SciVentures staff before committing to writing an investment application.
Non-disclosure Agreement
A non-disclosure agreement between a potential investee and SciVentures can be signed before any significant discussion is undertaken.
A standard AVCAL non-disclosure agreement is provided as a download in the legal documentation section which appears below.
Self Assessment Criteria
Security
Emailed versions of the self-assessment and results summary should be provided to a member of the SciVentures staff, prior to discussion.
However, if the potential investee is worried about internet security issues, then a hard copy, coupled with a soft copy on disk or CD should be provided by registered mail.
